I have to load emails and names into the box that pops up even when I am logged into HubSpot. Makes no sense. it should pre load

Simple Integration to check boxes but lacks features for reporting and segmentation
The integration is pretty barebones. It does with it says and you can trigger postals via HubSpot. But the integration really misses on enabling marketers to report/segment based on postal interactions. I would be really great to be able to report in HubSpot the number of sent postals, redeemed postals, or rejected postals via lists in HubSpot since the postal platform reporting is pretty challenging.
We use postals to send gifts to contacts for completing various events.
Quick to implement, can perform basic trigger actions.
Lack of reporting in the native system postal and the integration does not offer much value in terms on enabling marketers to review postal campaign activities and action off of those.
