Process Discovery accesses HubSpot Deals exclusively through the crm.objects.deals.read OAuth scope. Specifically, the app reads the deal stage transition history — the sequence of pipeline stages each deal passed through and the timestamps of each transition. This data is used solely to compute process flow graphs and bottleneck metrics.
What we do NOT access: contacts, companies, tickets, emails, meetings, notes, or any other HubSpot object.
Storage: No deal data is persisted. Every analysis is performed in real time and discarded immediately after results are returned to the user. The only data stored in our system is the OAuth access token (encrypted at rest) and the HubSpot portal ID, both required to maintain the authenticated session.
Deletion: Users can revoke access at any time from HubSpot's Connected Apps settings. Upon revocation, all stored session data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Security: All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Stored tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard practices.
