We had a process of sending outbound emails, trying to look at social media to generate leads. It was a hard-sell because there is so much chaos in SEO services. It was really becoming difficult to generate inbound leads. Our cost to generate leads skyrocketed. What do you like?

I like that people could come to the landing page, and put their URL and generate their own report. My whole effort of having an analyst and salesperson was solved. My sales cycle went from 3-4 weeks down to 3-4 days. Once the prospect gets an automated report we can quickly generate a proposal the same day.

What do you dislike?

So far it has been pretty good, and there is a clear ROI to using tools like this. UI can improve.
