Our solution is aimed at salespeople that are using their mobile phone (SIM and Whatsapp calls) for calling. The solution consists of a mobile app that runs in the background of your Android device and tracks and record the SIM / GSM and Whatsapp and Whatsapp business calls you do and tracks them to HubSpot.
The solution tracks the call under the right contact, Account and Deal in HubSpot and can be customized to fit your needs. Salestrail captures every call—SIM and WhatsApp—and automatically tracks them into your CRM, automating CRM data entry, reducing manual input and enhancing productivity.
As the solution does not require cloud telephony, you keep your current number and can call from the native dialer.
Features
Track SIM calls to HubSpot
When you connect Salestrail to your HubSpot the app will track all the SIM calls you do on your mobile device under the right Contact, Account and Deal in HubSpot.
Track Whatsapp calls to HubSpot
If you are using an Android device, you can also choose to automatically track your Whatsapp and Whatsapp business calls to your HubSpot. This feature is only available on Android.
Record SIM and Whatsapp calls and push a link to HubSpot
If you are using an Android device, Salestrail can also be setup to record both SIM and Whatsapp calls. The call recording is stored in the Call analytics dashboard and you can access the recording easily via a link in HubSpot.
