The SMSFactor integration (available in english and french) will allow you to natively send marketing SMS messages and transactional SMS messages on HubSpot. You'll enjoy all the functionality of premium SMS messaging (personalised sender, SMS response, automatic opt-out management, scheduling, receipt confirmation, etc.) directly in your HubSpot account.

Features
Send SMS messages from your workflows
A new action is available in your workflows to send an SMS messages in an automated way. Create workflows based on contacts, companies or transactions. Send SMS campaigns to a given contact list directly from the workflows. And also add property tokens to each of your SMS messages to personalize them.
Send individual SMS messages
Send a message directly to your contact via their contact record using their registered phone. Customize the sender, use and save SMS templates and write the text of your choice. Also add property tokens to each of your SMS messages to personalize them! This will allow you to save SMS templates and reuse them over and over again!
Personnalise your messages
Create a personalised SMS with the sender of your choice (11 characters max in France) and use the property tokens to customize the content. You can also send a link to your website, which will be automatically shortened, or add a date for an appointment. Little bonus: For SMS that will make a lasting impression on your recipients, use emojis!
Interact with each of your contacts
Take advantage of the chat mode and keep track of your conversations with each of your contacts (also available for companies and transactions). Need to contact someone again? Send a new SMS directly from this conversation.
Track your sending and SMSFactor account from HubSpot
Access SMSFactor settings on HubSpot to manage your account and your SMS sending. Thanks to the automatically created events, track receipt acknowledgements, STOPs received, responses from your contacts, etc. Access your account as well. Keep track of your SMSFactor account, switch from one account to another if needed and check your SMS credits.
