Symbo is the way to go

Making a change from one dialing solution to the next can be daunting. Getting your team to quickly and effectively adopt a new technology basically requires the roll-out to be perfect. A task that is simply not possible and that is often the justification for many organizations like us to stick with the devil we know. That being said, we realized that our previous solution had to go. We weren't thrilled about the undertaking of migration but we knew it was costing us everyday we stayed with them. We entertained a few conversations and trials and Symbo was by significantly more user-friendly and ready out of the box. Not only that, in our adoption process; the team has made it clear that they want to leverage our use-case so that the application becomes more agency friendly. We could not be more satisfied with the results of moving to Symbo and the alignments of our teams.

Life Changing Tool for my business and AMAZING support team!

I used to rely on a different dialer, but I kept running into issues. After trying Symbo for just a week, I was sold. Their product is not only fantastic, but they also excel at onboarding, ensuring you get the most out of it. You can either use the Symbo dialer directly within HubSpot or import your HubSpot contacts into Symbo’s CRM to make calls from there. I’ve tried both options, and they work flawlessly! It's incredibly user-friendly. Plus, I can’t say enough good things about the founders, Chad and Beau. They genuinely care about your success—I never feel like just another number when I reach out with questions or feedback. Truly an amazing company all around!

I use it to cold call business owners and then to follow up with warm leads.

What do you like?

The Symbo dialer has solved the issues I experienced with other dialers. My appointment setter, who uses it more than I do, says it dials faster and she personally prefers it over our previous dialer. It’s more user-friendly and gives you better control over contacts. Anytime I have questions about a feature or just need general help, their support team is incredibly quick to respond—no more waiting around for assistance. I’m never switching to another dialer. Symbo’s product and customer service have me completely sold. I’ll be a Symbo user as long as I’m in business!
