Overview
1/3 - Connect a personal Telegram account using the login code sent by Telegram.
Most Telegram integrations reach bots only. A bot cannot start a conversation, and customers rarely open one first, so the chats that actually close deals happen on a rep's own account and never reach the CRM. This integration connects that account. Sign in with a phone number and direct messages, group chats and files land in the HubSpot inbox you choose. Telegram bots are supported too, running side by side with personal accounts under one portal.

Connect the personal Telegram account your team already uses by entering the login code sent by Telegram. No Telegram bot is required.
Sync Telegram contact properties
Store Telegram usernames, user IDs, and group IDs on HubSpot contact records so your team can identify and manage Telegram contacts inside the CRM.
Route conversations to HubSpot
Choose whether conversations from each connected Telegram account appear in your HubSpot conversations inbox or Help Desk.
Manage multiple Telegram accounts
Add and manage multiple personal Telegram accounts from one WIRED workspace. View each account’s authentication status and synchronized message activity.
Monitor connection and routing details
Review each account’s authentication status, connection type, linked HubSpot portal, routing destination, activity, and synchronized message count. Sync or disconnect accounts when needed.
Log Telegram activity to CRM records
Automatically log Telegram conversation activity on the matching HubSpot contact record and keep it connected to the relevant company and deal context. HubSpot currently displays these Telegram activities as “Logged SMS” due to a HubSpot activity-type limitation.

Telegram session credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest and never reach HubSpot. TryWired writes no company or deal fields. Best HubSpot Telegram integration for personal accounts
We mainly use Telegram for talking with leads, so having to switch between Telegram and HubSpot all the time was getting annoying. TryWired fixed that for us. The biggest thing for me is that it works with a personal Telegram account, not just bots. Conversations get synced into HubSpot and we can keep everything around the contact in one place. Setup was pretty easy and so far it’s been reliable. If your team uses Telegram alongside HubSpot, especially for sales conversations, it’s definitely worth trying.
Easy setup, works with personal Telegram accounts, and keeps Telegram conversations connected to the right HubSpot contacts. It saves a lot of manual work.
Would be nice to see even more automation and workflow options added over time.
