Features
Send two-way and mass SMS through a Workflow
Use a HubSpot Workflow to send single and mass SMS to one or more Contacts. When sending mass SMS, the user can select between Short Code and Long Code channels. Additionally, when entering a message, the user can use dynamic fields from the Contact properties.
Send SMS from a Contact record.
A HubSpot user is able to send an SMS directly to a Contact natively from HubSpot. For a single SMS, the user will select a Long Code channel, compose, and send SMS, all from the Contact record within HubSpot. Additionally, the user is able to see the log of messages from this interface.
Create a list of Contacts to send SMS in HubSpot.
A HubSpot user is able to import a list of Contacts along with their properties to the HubSpot database which can be used directly on the Workflow to send mass SMS.

We love it! You can message the customer directly from contact section and all messages are recorded in HubSpot. TrueDialog also works with Flows and best yet, 100% of support is US Based!
