Outstanding Implementation Experience

Can't say enough good things about 1BoldStep, and in particular Stephan. He was pleasant, organized, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic at every step of the process, to the point where I looked forward to every call and always came away with a lot more understanding, and new tips/tools, every time. Never had a question he couldn't answer or an issue he couldn't help us troubleshoot. Using Asana to manage the project was helpful, and Stephen especially held us accountable and kept us on track so we knew what to expect throughout the engagement. We encountered some issues with HubSpot and Brandon worked with me to come up with solutions for our small business. He made the onboarding experience tailored to us and how we run, which felt so important to understanding how we implement HubSpot. He was patient, friendly and always happy to be on the calls every week - being mindful of our progress and key goals. When I had questions outside the calls, he made himself available and would help me via email. He really made it feel as if he was a member of our team and this showed his dedication to truly finding the best way forward for us to use HubSpot in a way which would be productive. I would go a step further and say I have seen more support, demonstrable knowledge and dedication to helping from Brandon than I have from the HubSpot Sales teams themselves!
