Brandon is a treasure!

We've just officially finished our HubSpot onboarding over the past three months with Brandon, and he has been amazing from start to finish. While my managers had previous experience, I came in with no knowledge of the platform and he was able to answer every single question I had, big or small. He worked with us to set weekly onboarding goals in basic account setup, management, CRM and data migration--including some messy property issues we were running into, campaign creation, custom forms, ticketing, and so much more. This guy knows it all and will SO JOYFULLY walk you through every step. With Brandon, there are no stupid questions and he is just as excited as you to see everything working smoothly. :) A big shoutout to him again for all his help!

Great hands on advanced knowledge building of HubSpot

We had a good time with Stephan. We were resistant at first because we already use HubSpot quite a bit. But he helped us gain more advanced knowledge in the areas of HubSpot that we were weak in and let us drive the conversation a bit. It was nice to have some hands on learning that we can use in our current and new businesses.

Outstanding Implementation Experience

Can't say enough good things about 1BoldStep, and in particular Stephan. He was pleasant, organized, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic at every step of the process, to the point where I looked forward to every call and always came away with a lot more understanding, and new tips/tools, every time.
