Brandon is a treasure!

We've just officially finished our HubSpot onboarding over the past three months with Brandon, and he has been amazing from start to finish. While my managers had previous experience, I came in with no knowledge of the platform and he was able to answer every single question I had, big or small. He worked with us to set weekly onboarding goals in basic account setup, management, CRM and data migration--including some messy property issues we were running into, campaign creation, custom forms, ticketing, and so much more. This guy knows it all and will SO JOYFULLY walk you through every step. With Brandon, there are no stupid questions and he is just as excited as you to see everything working smoothly. :) A big shoutout to him again for all his help!

Great hands on advanced knowledge building of HubSpot

We had a good time with Stephan. We were resistant at first because we already use HubSpot quite a bit. But he helped us gain more advanced knowledge in the areas of HubSpot that we were weak in and let us drive the conversation a bit. It was nice to have some hands on learning that we can use in our current and new businesses.

He was always happy to walk through specific workflows or settings with us live, and would follow up with helpful knowledge base articles. Outstanding Implementation Experience

Can't say enough good things about 1BoldStep, and in particular Stephan. He was pleasant, organized, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic at every step of the process, to the point where I looked forward to every call and always came away with a lot more understanding, and new tips/tools, every time. Never had a question he couldn't answer or an issue he couldn't help us troubleshoot. Using Asana to manage the project was helpful, and Stephen especially held us accountable and kept us on track so we knew what to expect throughout the engagement. Brandon was instrumental in making our HubSpot Onboarding experience smooth and genuinely enjoyable! We encountered some issues with HubSpot and Brandon worked with me to come up with solutions for our small business. He made the onboarding experience tailored to us and how we run, which felt so important to understanding how we implement HubSpot. He was patient, friendly and always happy to be on the calls every week - being mindful of our progress and key goals. When I had questions outside the calls, he made himself available and would help me via email. He really made it feel as if he was a member of our team and this showed his dedication to truly finding the best way forward for us to use HubSpot in a way which would be productive. I would go a step further and say I have seen more support, demonstrable knowledge and dedication to helping from Brandon than I have from the HubSpot Sales teams themselves!
