We had Ranya Barakat doing our onboarding and it was honestly a fabulous experience. Ranya took the time up front to understand our needs from HubSpot with a unique marketing/not marketing newsletter and quickly got us up and running with it so that we could spend the rest of the training exploring the platform, analytics and workflows. She didn't just teach us how to do the thing we needed but also gave us the knowledge to experiment, improve and continue to grow with our HubSpot usage in the future!
