What a fantastic onboarding experience with Ranya! She's been incredibly knowledgeable (and I thought I knew HubSpot inside and out) supportive, and has made what could have been a complex transition feel absolutely seamless. After a very poor onboarding experience with another CRM and marketing system, our HubSpot onboarding was a refreshing contrast. The process was excellent throughout. Our tutor, Ranya, was highly knowledgeable about the product and delivered the sessions in a way that was both engaging and enjoyable.

I honestly didn't think I needed the onboarding services as I felt pretty comfortable with using the software and how to get help when I needed it, but turns out, it was very worthwhile. I learned several new things connected the dots on a few things I thought I was familiar with.

I feel like I am losing a team mate!

We had Ranya Barakat doing our onboarding and it was honestly a fabulous experience. Ranya took the time up front to understand our needs from HubSpot with a unique marketing/not marketing newsletter and quickly got us up and running with it so that we could spend the rest of the training exploring the platform, analytics and workflows. She didn't just teach us how to do the thing we needed but also gave us the knowledge to experiment, improve and continue to grow with our HubSpot usage in the future! Also her attitude and friendly demeanour each week was a delight! Honestly it feels like I am losing a valuable team mate to no longer have my sessions with her in the diary!
