Outstanding HubSpot Onboarding Experience

We recently completed a full HubSpot onboarding with Avidly covering Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Luis, our onboarding specialist, organized the project with a clear structure and timeline which made each stage easy to follow. He brought great energy to every session, showed strong knowledge of HubSpot, responded quickly to questions and tailored the setup to our business needs. His training sessions were well prepared, fun to follow and helped our team understand how to use the tools effectively. We are very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Avidly for a professional and well organized onboarding experience.

A great team and generally a very smooth process to onboard HubSpot

The Avidly team were very attentive during the process and Agata helped guide us through all stages of mapping HubSpot to suit our company's specific requirements. We launched HubSpot internally on time which was important to us and the training day for the internal and external sales teams generally went well; Amy explained everything clearly and at a pace that suited everyone. We are delighted with HubSpot and the potential it now offers our Sales and Marketing teams and the increased level of targeted output as a result. My only minor criticism of what was otherwise a very satisfactory experience was that I felt our project was closed rather too prematurely, just one day after our training. We required a little more support to be on hand for a couple of weeks post-launch to support the team with queries as they started to use the software. In summary, I would certainly recommend Avidly as an experienced HubSpot partner, but possibly agree up front the amount of post-launch support required.
