In particular, I have had a much more direct contact with Leonardo, and his accompaniment has been key to the success of the project. He has always been clear in his communications, transparent with expectations and very consistent in the follow-up, which has generated confidence and order in complex moments. Both work with a very structured and orderly way of operating, something especially valuable in projects of this nature. In critical phases such as going live, that same structure can occasionally translate into a somewhat limited flexibility, something that I suspect responds more to the high volume of clients they manage than to a lack of will or capacity.
