Grateful to the Awtana team for the dedication and commitment shown in the implementation of the CRM, creation of Pipelines and configuration of automations. We only had to adjust a definition for the follow-ups of the salespeople; initially the suggestion was via Workflow and later we saw that it had to be via Sequences. They also supported us in making these changes, which came up at a fairly advanced stage of the implementation. I got a knowledgeable team, with good energy and willing to solve problems.
