Having worked with the guys at Computan for the past 2 1/2 years and I can honestly say I have never worked with such an attentive, professional, and dedicated bunch of experts. It doesn't seem to matter what sort of problem I throw at them (and there have been some doozies!) they always manage to come up with an effective solution. Excellent and extra mile technical support

We have used Computan for development support for 12 years and counting. We are a non-profit and being able to count on their help and team has been invaluable to our organization. They have setup a project management system for us to submit tasks and deadlines, we have weekly calls with the developers and project managers on our account, they have provided weekend support many times when urgent notifications have to go out or during key campaigns and done webinars with our board members when new technical things come up (for example recently recommending HubSpot). Before them we used a contract developer who was good but didn't have the ability to help us with a wide variety of items. I am happy to recommend them and recommend them all the time. Thank you!

Went from Hero To Zero

I engaged computan for a large custom project that took over 17 months to complete. I feel it should have taken about 10. It's my second project with them. The first project I got stellar service at first and had around 7 different people helping me complete the project fast. This is what I was looking for: fast, agile service that is not dependant on one overworked coder. As time went on, communication suffered and it was challenging to wrap up the project. I engaged them a second time and was promised it would get better. I got stuck with one overworked programmer who will not communicate. Nor would they use HubSpot to manage projects There is no project management or oversight from owner once he onboards your project. On this project I had to wait for service 5-14 days and harass the owner for updates because the programmer wouldn't post updates. Like most people, if you tell me it will be done in two weeks, I can accept that and plan around it. These guys....you post a support ticket and three days will go by before you have ask if they got it...and then wait a week to complain about it...and then get told "right away" and then wait another two weeks. It's really hard to launch a website this way with no commitment to completing the project. I've had to hire another team to fix the way they programmed my project. Go to Upwork instead.

Ideal partner for our HubSpot development needs

We have worked with several HubSpot partner agencies for various needs (development, marketing, implementation,etc.), and Computan has been the most pleasant to work with. They are 100% focused on customer satisfaction, which is something that other HubSpot partners with whom we've worked don't seem to care much about. Even despite the massive disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic, the team managed to deliver a great website that we are extremely satisfied with. They understood our needs, were responsive, and built a very easy-to-edit website for our Marketing team.
