Gianni, our technical consultant, was excellent and managed to crack and adapt a lot of things so that it worked and the CRM was better adapted to our business. The process doc and video recording are also very good ideas. Area for improvement: Better understanding of how our business works and clearly defining the necessary criteria, so that our dashboards correspond to the expectations of the sales team, finance and management. In this area, we had to carry out several trials internally before we were able to define exactly what we needed. I would have liked to have had better guidance and support, and I think that this is perhaps what's missing if we're to be at 100%: a better initial diagnosis, a joint construction of the project and then implementation. I'd obviously recommend it if I were asked.
