Madeleine was our HubSpot Onboarding specialist and was extremely instrumental to understanding the platform and how it can work with our needs. Madeleine has always been very available and patient in many ways, as well as highly flexible. She anticipated many issues and clearly guided us on how to achieve better results throughout the learning curve. Personally, I never experienced a moment in which I didn’t feel comfortable with what she presented in each meeting, as she was always very respectful of our pace and understood that we often needed more time to grasp the process or raise questions that were more relevant to our reality.
