Heather took over our account after our original IM left Digital J2. Heather jumped right in, learned all about our account, and owned our success wholeheartedly. She was patient and knowledgeable given our unique structure. She saw the project through to completion with white glove service. Excellent Migration and Content Support

Fantastic HubSpot Onboarding

We worked with Madeleine as our HubSpot onboarding specialist for the last three months. From the very first meeting, she was clear, organized, and engaging, always keeping our goals in mind. Even though we weren’t new to HubSpot, Madeleine guided us step by step through the platform, introducing new insights and tools to help us reach our inbound Marketing goals. Meeting recordings and detailed notes were provided after each session, and when we had questions, she was quick to reply. The entire process was super helpful, and we are confident that Madeleine set us up for long-term success, 10/10!

Great Onboarding Experience

We went through onboarding with Madeleine and now have a much better understanding of HubSpot tools and inbound marketing. We focused on tools and strategies that would be the most helpful for our goals, while also going through two HubSpot certifications on our individual time. Madeleine was very organized and thorough, with notes, templates, and screen recordings that were useful to refer to after our hands-on sessions. Her responses to our emails were prompt, and even if she didn’t know the answer to our question, she was very resourceful in finding answers. At our last onboarding call, she discussed plans on how we could continue the momentum of what we were doing and even reached out to our HubSpot Support Specialist on what we’ve worked on and our goals for the next few months. If Madeleine is your onboarding specialist, you will be in great hands.

We did our HubSpot onboarding with digitalJ2 and I genuinely can’t say enough good things. It was a 3-month program, and it made the whole process feel clear, organized, and way less overwhelming than it could have been. Madeleine was our onboarding specialist and she was awesome. Super friendly, really sharp, and always on top of things. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, answered every question we threw at her, and made sure we weren’t just “setting things up,” but setting them up the right way for how we work. Every session felt productive. We always left with clear next steps, and it never felt like a cookie-cutter approach. By the end of the program, we felt confident using HubSpot day to day, and our setup is so much cleaner and more scalable because of it. If you’re thinking about working with a HubSpot partner, I’d absolutely recommend digitalJ2. And if you can work with Madeleine, do it.
