Fission was a game changer for HubSpot CRM. Before Fission, our CRM was full of duplicates, poorly implemented lead funnel logic, and broken workflows. With their support we were able to turn the state of the CRM around within 6 weeks. Duplicates were resolved, we had cleaned up 800+ deals, launched a sales process from lead to renewal, automated at least 10 processes with revised workflows. As someone who has worked with multiple agencies, their velocity and output surpassed all my expectations. The team is incredibly solution oriented. Y'all it is VERY hard to find good (and reasonably priced!) CRM agencies, and I feel like we hit the jackpot with Fission! Their owner Connor gets your business needs and stays engaged on your account (doesn't just take the first call and then hand you off) and his whole team is extremely well vetted and strong. We were in the very capable hands of Val and every week I was so impressed by her proactive reporting of progress, KPI review, recommendations for improvements / tweaks we can make, etc. We hired Fission to support with upskilling our team on using HubSpot, learning how to code emails and design workflows, standing up our SMS program, and do the marketing operations. They helped us lay a very strong foundation and taught our team to fish, so we are now self-sufficient. Reasonably priced, responsive, great service, flexible with designing contracts around your needs, don't hold you to long out-clauses.... I can't rave about these guys enough! Definitely don't hesitate to engage them if you have ANY HubSpot needs.
