Highly Recommend!

After a failed implementation with another HubSpot partner, Connor and his team at Fission helped us take a huge step forward. They took the time to truly understand the problems we were trying to solve and guided us through integrating Salesforce and HubSpot so data now flows between the two systems. Connor’s approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and flexible. He recommended best practices, challenged our thinking when needed, and built a custom training registration process from scratch (that felt nearly impossible!). He’s also easy to work with, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Val deserves a shout-out as well for being both sharp and responsive throughout our work together. I really couldn’t recommend Connor and the Fission team more.

Great Experience with Fission

Had a great experience working with Connor and his team at Fission. They were able to get all of my data migrated from Close CRM to HubSpot in a very short timeframe, and set me up for success in HubSpot. They also offered great 1-on-1 support throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend working with them for anything HubSpot related.

Fission was a game changer for HubSpot CRM. Before Fission, our CRM was full of duplicates, poorly implemented lead funnel logic, and broken workflows. With their support we were able to turn the state of the CRM around within 6 weeks. Duplicates were resolved, we had cleaned up 800+ deals, launched a sales process from lead to renewal, automated at least 10 processes with revised workflows. As someone who has worked with multiple agencies, their velocity and output surpassed all my expectations. The team is incredibly solution oriented. I appreciate how they not only completed a task, but offered next steps to complete a full reporting picture. They were incredibly patient with all my questions. It's a true pleasure to work with the team. I will be singing their praises to anyone I know who uses HubSpot.

Game changing!

The Fission team is incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and quick to execute. We are a small team without much knowledge on HubSpot and the Fission team was patient and helped us understand best practices, would quickly implement changes, and then document the updates. They are great at communicating and efficient with their time. I felt I always knew what they were working on. Our HubSpot is miles ahead of where it was before Fission started working with us.

The Best HubSpot Agency You'll Ever Work With!

Y'all it is VERY hard to find good (and reasonably priced!) CRM agencies, and I feel like we hit the jackpot with Fission! Their owner Connor gets your business needs and stays engaged on your account (doesn't just take the first call and then hand you off) and his whole team is extremely well vetted and strong. We were in the very capable hands of Val and every week I was so impressed by her proactive reporting of progress, KPI review, recommendations for improvements / tweaks we can make, etc. We hired Fission to support with upskilling our team on using HubSpot, learning how to code emails and design workflows, standing up our SMS program, and do the marketing operations. They helped us lay a very strong foundation and taught our team to fish, so we are now self-sufficient. Reasonably priced, responsive, great service, flexible with designing contracts around your needs, don't hold you to long out-clauses.... I can't rave about these guys enough! Definitely don't hesitate to engage them if you have ANY HubSpot needs.

I was referred to Connor by a colleague. I had literally zero experience with HubSpot or any CRM software. I have been working with Connor for an extended amount of time, and I continue to be amazed by his work product. Connor has a unique ability to understand by specific field and business strategies, and implement things accordingly. He recommends the best practices and continues to have unique ideas for me.
