I appreciated Pedro's helpfulness and patience during onboarding. He came prepared with a plan, made sure we covered all of the major topics, and provided space for us to ask specific questions. I liked that he was willing to dive into details himself to set things up. It is complex software, so the consistency of seeing him work, combined with our own efforts between meetings, made the software more approachable. One thing that would be better in the future for RevParters would be to set clear goals for the client, such that there is weekly homework/projects to reach those objectives. I realize it's helpful for the client to express those needs at the start, but in our case, we didn't even know what to ask. I think we could've done even more with API integrations, setting up segments, creating email assets, etc. if we'd been pushed a little harder.
Pedro Lima has been helping us with migrating our data from Zendesk Sell to HubSpot. He has been friendly and helpful in explaining things in a way I understand, as I am not the most tech savvy person. So far in our onboarding, we have been able to migrate our data successfully. We look forward to our upcoming calls where he will show us how to integrate our email accounts and get the most out of utilizing this new platform.
