We had Pedro Lima as our customer success trainer. He was great to work with and made sure to share tips and tricks with us as we went along. He also set up the meetings so we were able to get our questions answered and really customized our training to cover what we needed the most since we had limited time with him.

Our initial HubSpot implementation was botched by the partner we had chosen to handle our switch to HubSpot, and after finally cutting our losses and switching partners, RevPartners did an amazing job helping us to detangle the mess, execute what we were looking for in the first place, create and implement things we didn't initially consider, and then take the next steps with us for optimization post-implementation. We had the same account manager the entire time (Blake), which is amazing and low-key unheard-of in the tech space. Having that stability (especially with someone as reliable, friendly, and education-forward as Blake) was immensely helpful as we set ourselves up to scale. While we did decide not to renew our contract, it was only because in those 1.5 years, they were able to get us stable and forward-facing enough to actually allow us to cut the expense. In a world with limitless funding, we would have been happy to keep them forever, but in this reality, I'm just grateful we had them while we did. Thank you, RevPartners, and thank you, Blake!
