RevPartners onboarding was an incredible experience. Pedro quickly dove in, learned our business and how our sales process works and tailored the teachings directly to that. He was energetic and patient with some of my teams questions and set up struggles. He truly knows HubSpot inside and out and how to customize it to benefit you best. HubSpot needs to seriously reconsider the time they allow you to get all of the trainings done. I was told to sign my contract by the sales team before the end of the year so they could get their commission and close a deal. The next week was Christmas and new years so we had very limited time to get the amount of trainings we purchased in. I spent weeks explaining to sales what our company does and how our sales cycle will integrate into HubSpot and they did not relay any of that information to rev partners. We wasted a whole training to explain to Pedro how our system works and what we will use this for. Due to Pedros quick ability to learn and pick up how we operated he was able to expedite the process. HubSpot needs to reconsider how they integrate RevPartners into their clients. This experience was a HubSpot issue not a RevPartners issue. I reached out to sales and was basically told we hear you but we are not going to do anything to change or help you.
Pedro Lima has been a joy to work with as we are onboarding to HubSpot.
