i don't normally take time to write reviews but Henry and RevOps definitely deserve one.. I'm a founder/software dev/systems architect, and prior to Henry's help I'd spent weeks (with Claude/Gemini) building out our HubSpot implementation. So I wasn't sure if onboarding would be helpful for our 'custom' setup and advanced topics. WRONG!! Henry Wee has been *amazing* at what I would call a 'senior dev/architect' level that goes far beyond 'knowing how HubSpot works'. He instantly absorbed what I'd built, validated much of it, but also challenged us on architectural guesses/decisions and helped finalise designs and implement advanced Workflows, Triggers, etc. From the first call he identified our company's 'DNA' and what we're hoping to achieve: using HubSpot as the main component of our Business Operating System with tight Google Cloud integration (and plans to drop other verticals/companies into the engine). We're a fast-scaling hardware and SaaS tech company selling truck-weighing systems globally, with regional agents, and a custom-built tech stack including Google Cloud. Integrations include CloudTalk, QuickBooks, etc. What really set Henry apart was his ability to think WITH US, not just at us. Every hour of 'onboarding' included Henry *implementing* features or creating tangible exampled I could run with. Between meetings Henry actually brainstormed on everything from website forms to architecture. Many of his suggestion were golden, and for those I explained might not be the right fit he instantly, simply, humbly, said 'ok' and moved on without a shred of bruised ego. Just a few examples Henry helped us implement: - Custom POC 'siloing' of sales agents in different parts of the world - intelligent webform parsing including ip analysis to auto-fill properties - helping us to execute our decision to make 'Companies King' (instead of contacts) - helping to set things up so I can drop other verticals/companies into the engine - automation of ticket creation/pipelines for shipping/install, service, and even ISO non-conformities - mapped out deal POC workflows triggered from company-level data - initial knowledge-base setup - even email domain warming strategy In session after session, Henry came prepared with a full customer journey map, prioritized checklist, clear explanations for why each piece mattered.. not just what to do. It's CRAZY how much he gets down to brass tacks and actually executes in each meeting..seriously, it's ridiculous. And a personal note.. beyond the technical depth Henry is just a genuine, forthright person. My co-owner and I have been joking we need to hire him full-time. Long story short, i was really surprised 'onboarding' could end up feeling like we'd actually hired a senior engineer (at e.g. $1k per hour) to accelerate this crucial task of pouring the HubSpot foundation RIGHT without making guesses and instead knowing our architectural decisions were SOUND. Don't waste time figuring all this out alone.
