HubSpot Onboarding Assistance

Pedro Lima has been helping us with migrating our data from Zendesk Sell to HubSpot. He has been friendly and helpful in explaining things in a way I understand, as I am not the most tech savvy person. So far in our onboarding, we have been able to migrate our data successfully. We look forward to our upcoming calls where he will show us how to integrate our email accounts and get the most out of utilizing this new platform. We are excited to work more efficiently as a team thanks to HubSpot and Pedro's help.

If I had to "Partner" at First Sight - I'd say "I do" to RP

If RevOps engagements were reality TV shows, this would be Married at First Sight — except instead of drama, we got alignment, execution, and results. From the first conversation with sales (Megan Putman), strategy team lead (Rashida Goryawala), our Experience Manager (Julia Bowen), and especially our RevOps strategist (Christian Colegrove) — the experience has been consistent, precise, and energizing. What was sold is exactly what’s being delivered. Christian’s energy is unmatched. Our team genuinely looks forward to our meetings with him. He feels like an extension of our internal team — bringing clarity, ownership, and real structure to our HubSpot and revenue process. It’s lifted a massive weight. Milestones have been met, expectations are clear, and we’re building toward stronger pipeline visibility the right way — with intention, not chaos. There’s something special going on at RevPartners. 10/10. Would absolutely get “married” again. 💍🔥

Pedro - Energetic & Informative

RevPartners onboarding was an incredible experience. Pedro quickly dove in, learned our business and how our sales process works and tailored the teachings directly to that. He was energetic and patient with some of my teams questions and set up struggles. He truly knows HubSpot inside and out and how to customize it to benefit you best. HubSpot needs to seriously reconsider the time they allow you to get all of the trainings done. I was told to sign my contract by the sales team before the end of the year so they could get their commission and close a deal. The next week was Christmas and new years so we had very limited time to get the amount of trainings we purchased in. I spent weeks explaining to sales what our company does and how our sales cycle will integrate into HubSpot and they did not relay any of that information to rev partners. We wasted a whole training to explain to Pedro how our system works and what we will use this for. Due to Pedros quick ability to learn and pick up how we operated he was able to expedite the process. HubSpot needs to reconsider how they integrate RevPartners into their clients. This experience was a HubSpot issue not a RevPartners issue. I reached out to sales and was basically told we hear you but we are not going to do anything to change or help you.

Pedro Lima has been a joy to work with as we are onboarding to HubSpot. We come to the meetings with a lot of questions and Pedro walks us through it all with joy and thoroughness, even showing us multiple options to get to our goal. He's really made this HubSpot onboarding process a breeze and we are grateful to have him on our side!

We are full steam ahead with our onboarding and are finding that Pedro is so impactful and helpful that we needed more frequent calls so we don't slow down in our implementation. We ask quick questions. He gives quick, clear answers that we are ready to implement. Great job so far!

Pedro is our implementation partner and he is doing a fantastic job. I greatly appreciate that he gives us best practices and other options. He adjusts his answers as needed based on information we keep tossing him. Our implementation is on track for an early internal-launch because of his help!
