We have been working for approximately three months on the implementation of CRM with the sales team. The process started with the B2B structure, then advanced to B2C and today we are taking the next step towards the incorporation of a ticketing system to manage situations between the different internal areas and also from customers. The goal is to progressively integrate all areas of the company within the CRM. There is still a lot of work ahead, especially in the consolidation of processes and the selection of clients in the HubSpot database, so we will continue to work together in this stage of growth and organization.
