I live in Framingham, Massachusetts, in the United States, and found the company in São Paulo through the HubSpot website, where they were highly recommended. From the very beginning, when I was still confused about implementing the new CRM, the team was extremely professional. Everything is very well planned: clear deadlines, well-defined tasks, impeccable communication. They are extremely polite and, above all, have an unusual amount of wisdom and experience. The great thing about Tropical Hub is its transparency - something I felt was lacking in other marketing companies I had worked with before. I'm a curious person, I like to understand processes, and they always had the patience to explain the "why" behind every decision. Their knowledge and expertise is exceptional. They offer a complete package: HubSpot training, social media management, website development, and much more. The tool is exceptional, but it's just a tool. Without the right people to adjust and set up the right structure, we would never be able to take advantage of its full potential. If it hadn't been for them, I would never have realized how much integrating the website with the CRM could change my life. Tropical Hub showed me that, with the right people and the right management, it is possible to use the tool to its full potential. Ao tornar mais facil o serviço da secretaria; eis que surge a HubSpot para o Processo seletivo de novos alunos. Num primeiro momento não achei muita graça!
