Easy and Accommodating Team

I've worked with Miles on onboarding for about 6 weeks now. He has been extremely flexible with scheduling and worked at my speed when it came to learning about HubSpot and setting it up to fit our needs as a small business. He makes everything easy to understand and makes me feel supported with questions and issues that arise.

Feedback after 5 weeks

We have been working with Vonazon for over five weeks now, and the project is being managed in line with the defined scope and agreed plan. In fact, we are currently ahead of schedule. The implementation team (Sheena and Abhi) are collaborating very well, are responsive, and consistently provide timely updates. They take our suggestions into account, adapt quickly, and prioritize the items that matter most to us. We have also recently started onboarding sessions with Miles. He is well organized and professional, and I’m confident these sessions will set us up well going forward. We’re excited about the next steps and will be happy to provide more detailed feedback once the project is finalized.
