Our implementation started off very smoothly, but as the project progressed, we definitely hit a few bumps along the way. That’s not entirely unexpected, especially when you’re working through the nuances of a highly regulated industry and learning the ins and outs of a new platform. Kevin has built a great team. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable within their fields and well-intentioned. What we ultimately needed, though, was a bit more direction and alignment as things became more complex. That’s where Kevin stepping in made all the difference. Once involved, Kevin took ownership, helped cut through the noise, and ensured that any outstanding issues were fully resolved. His leadership brought clarity, momentum, and confidence back to the project, and helped get everything back on track with a clear path forward. My advice to others considering a partner: it’s hard to define every detail upfront before you really get under the hood and understand what you truly need. Don’t hesitate to speak up if things start to feel unclear.

Fantastic training that pulled engagement from the entire team.

Shannon did an incredible job training myself and my team! We are so thankful she was able to come into market as it made it so much more affective. Her ability to pull out the engagement from all the team members was incredible! In fact, I would encourage you to offer the in-market service up front vs attempting to train over Teams. It was well worth the money having her in market and was great getting to know her on a personal level as well.

Implementation and Training

I can honestly say that my experience, so far, has been absolutely amazing. The implementation and training teams truly know their stuff and their interpersonal and time management skills are exemplary. Everyone has exceeded my expectations to this point and I look forward to finishing this project and starting the next one in the near future.

Great experience so far

Currently working with Haley and Tyler at Vonazon to migrate a 10-year-old Salesforce org implementation to HubSpot. The team has been very communicative and is clearly very competent. I have worked with quite a few software integration/onboarding teams and Shannon is hands down the best onboarding specialist I have ever worked with. To start, she has a fantastic attitude and makes the meetings engaging and fun. She is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure we're getting the most out of HubSpot. If we have any issues that we're not able to resolve during our meeting she always escalates them to the appropriate parties and get a solution by the next meeting. Truely spoiled to get to work with Shannon, she's set the bar extremely high for what I expect out of an integration specialist/CSM. 10/10, no complaints, Shannon is the best.
