Great experience so far

Currently working with Haley and Tyler at Vonazon to migrate a 10-year-old Salesforce org implementation to HubSpot. The team has been very communicative and is clearly very competent. I'm looking forward to project completion and have no concerns that we'll end up where we need to be. Based on our experience thus far, would recommend Vonazon for their CRM migration services.

I am by no means a computer-expert, I'm in Sales... but Shannon walked us through each step thoughtfully. I have worked with quite a few software integration/onboarding teams and Shannon is hands down the best onboarding specialist I have ever worked with. To start, she has a fantastic attitude and makes the meetings engaging and fun. She is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure we're getting the most out of HubSpot. If we have any issues that we're not able to resolve during our meeting she always escalates them to the appropriate parties and get a solution by the next meeting. Truely spoiled to get to work with Shannon, she's set the bar extremely high for what I expect out of an integration specialist/CSM. 10/10, no complaints, Shannon is the best.

HubSpot Onboarding with Chloe Papke

Chloe was thorough and patient with us as we completed our HubSpot Onboarding. Our onboarding was unique in that the majority of the onboarding was done with a part of the team that is no longer with our organization. This means that I watched a lot of the recordings of earlier meetings and then joined for the final live onboarding sessions with Chloe. She was a great guide as we got to know HubSpot and the many ins and outs of HubSpot. She answered all our questions kindly and clearly, ensured that she always followed up with our team, and she was extremely flexible with our team during the onboarding process.

It was a pleasure learning about HubSpot with Chloe, she's very knowledgeable about the platform and ongoing updates. She was able to answer our questions and build our workflows and in general was very easy to communicate with.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shannon who helped us onboard HubSpot Marketing Automation tools. We were coming from a failed attempt at using SalesForce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement that was very clunky and difficult to implement and use. HubSpot is much easier and Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention her amazing energy during the calls. She was always very thorough and prompt in her call follow up and we felt supported if we had any other questions in between. Would highly recommend the Vonazon team in general and Shannon in particular.
