Webiteers has been a very helpful resource on sorting out and solving the many issues we have had in HubSpot due to our limited understanding of the relations and implications of various objects and their setup after we first onboarded. As all good things come at a cost, I cannot say they are inexpensive, but the fix, support, and services we receive from them are worth every penny. Additionally, they are keen on documenting all the current and proposed/implemented solutions, which help us future-proof our processes, rules and regulations in place, so that we keep a good trace of what has been happening behind the scenes. Creating from scratch is easy; modifying what already exists is where the real work begins. A big shout out to Kyra van der Sleen for her ability to put herself into our shoes, her curiosity to understand our reasoning and processes, and her patience to get our backbone fixed.
