Good for call volume but creates messy duplicate recordings and data accuracy issues

Helped total number of calls and outreach
Logged duplicate calls. HubSpot will record the call, Nooks will record the call in HubSpot, and Gong will also record the call. Causing HubSpot data to be inaccurate.

Great add-on with parallel dialing and AI coaching that dramatically boosts prospect outreach despite premium pricing
Nooks is a great add-on - its parallel dialing features and its great AI coaching have been immensely helpful.
Increases the number of prospects a team can touch in a given day. Intuitive design. Pros well outweigh the cons at scale.
