While it was heavier than I expected, Daria and Nick were a delight to work with in the project management and foundational setup, staying positive and helpful at every step which was very important to help me and my team to get through this implementation. They offered flexibility with their schedules when needed, and helped us to fully explore the tools and features within our custom setup of HubSpot. While they could not bear the weight of the implementation for us entirely for obvious reasons (don't underestimate the level of work here!), they handled their side like pros.

Great onboading experience

We are a small business with no prior experience with any sales/marketing/CRM tools. We selected HubSpot based on an advisor's suggestion. Campaign Creators (CC), in particular Daria and Jimmy, went through great lengths in helping us not only set up our HubSpot environment but also understand some critical concepts of HubSpot.
