Working with Daria and Kat from Campaign Creators made the onboarding process a breeze when it could have been a hurricane. We migrated our CRM from an outdated solution that was causing a lot of friction within our organization. We knew HubSpot was the right fit for us, and our Account Executive recommended Campaign Creators as our implementation team since we had several areas of the business to stand up, and there were some intricacies within our data. Some learnings for us: - Ask as many questions as possible during scoping—don't let your HubSpot rep rush you - Scope more hours [and training hours] than you think you need - Make sure you have a delegate from each department as a key stakeholder during your implementation - Stay ahead of deadlines where you can, since hurdles will inevitably pop up during onboarding - Export samples of your data early on to see what needs to be manipulated or cleaned up—the data migration can be much more complicated than anticipated - Be specific about what training and enablement you need for your team(s) so that you don't get a high-level, out-of-the-box overview A CRM migration is never easy, but I can confidently say that the Campaign Creators team was a great partner for us! Even when we hit hurdles, we always tackled them as a team and tried to find the best path forward together.
