HubSpot Market Roll-out Across Five Brands

We partnered with Engaging.io to onboard HubSpot Marketing across five of our brands, successfully integrating the platform with our existing CRM system. Each of our five business units was onboarded as a separate business unit, allowing for tailored setups that met individual business needs. Dani ensured the onboarding process ran smoothly. She and her team provided comprehensive training and resources, ensuring our team had the knowledge and confidence to fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. Geff designed and developed custom email and landing page templates for each business unit, maintaining brand consistency across the board. He also delivered valuable training on design functions within the platform, empowering our team to create effective marketing assets independently. Jase led the CRM integration and his thorough testing and prompt troubleshooting were instrumental in resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. Implementing this new marketing system has been a game changer for us. It has enabled us to nurture leads more effectively throughout the buyer journey and given us powerful tools to measure and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns.

Full to the brim!

Our experience can best be described as showing up with empty vessels, only to have our consultants fill them to the brim—almost overflowing! As a business, we were facing limitations within our current system, making it challenging to streamline key processes. On most days, we felt unclear about our workflow, and our team often found itself sidetracked. Thankfully, Varun was an excellent listener, quickly interjecting with workable solutions. He took the time to map out our processes, identify pain points, and then provided tailored solutions, workflows, and automation strategies that made everything run much more smoothly. Vic, on the other hand, did a great job of capturing all the necessary components and communicating them clearly to ensure the project moved smoothly to the next phase. What truly stood out, however, was the perfect balance between professionalism and a personable approach that both Varun and Vic provided. The entire experience was not only efficient and insightful but also genuinely pleasant. We are now far more confident and organised, thanks to our HubSpot team.
