Great Group

We enlisted gate 39 for a complete company overhaul. We transitioned from an old CRM and website to HubSpot, developed a new website for subscription content distribution and hosting, have several different subscriber groups and customer groups, various billing processes etc. They were able to develop and integrate wordpress and HubSpot to accomplish all of our needs.

Using HubSpot to figure out what customers really want

We had a customer that cancelled his subscription, but we did not know why. We felt like it was odd that he would want to cancel his services since he and I talked 2 months ago, and he was so excited about setting up the subscription. I used HubSpot to see if he was viewing the services and noticed that he had viewed today’s morning comments, advice alert and midsession comments so I called him for confirmation and guess what…. He did not want to cancel, and he was not sure how he had done that! HubSpot enables me to view what the client is receiving and viewing so that we are more informed when working with our customers to be able to help them as need be.

My only regret with hiring Gate 39 to help with our CRM configuration and sales enablement is that we didn't do it sooner! After paying for HubSpot month after month we are finally realizing true value. Gate 39 was able to hear our pain points, consider the nuances of our business and creatively work with HubSpot capabilities to work within our industry and unique business needs. We've been able to migrate numerous tasks and trackers out of excel, eliminate manual reporting, standardize and optimize workflows and enhance visibility into sales activities and performance. I highly recommend them not just as marketing and CRM support but as a business thought partner.

Gate39 has done a tremendous job setting up and maintaining HubSpot. They worked with our sales team to migrate all of our contacts from a legacy CRM, setup the sales process flow, created reports and dashboards, created email templates, and setup automated drip campaigns. The team at Gate39 are true HubSpot experts and always available whenever we have any questions.

Gate39 did an excellent job of taking a CRM platform and turning it into an onboarding platform. They created the custom forms, reminders, and emails that we needed.
