Kira helped us implement a hot lead nurturing sales CRM. Basically we had a few lead streams mainly received via website forms or emails from lead providers. We then created deals in a HubSpot pipeline and setup automatic email nurturing and texting based on responses received or not received from the lead/deal. She also helped convey the information to external operators from JustCall and freelance developers. This enabled us to get clean data, full transparency on communications to our deals and reporting that gave us valuable insights that have since enabled us to make decisions with more confidence.
