Automated generation of sequential numbers

Give each enrolled object a unique sequential number - for example ticket numbers, customer numbers, deal numbers or quote number.

Multiple numbers simultaneously

You can create multiple counting numbers at once—for instance, if you want deals involving specific products to be tracked separately. Simply assign a unique “Database name for storing column” to each number you want to count within the workflow action. You can also reuse the same name if you’d like different workflows to share the same count.

Add a Prefix or Suffix to your numbers

If you want the number to have a pre- or suffix, you can just enter the desired text or numbers. If you enter "NO_ " as a prefix and "_year" as a suffix, your first returned number will be NO_000001_year

Choose a fixed length for your numbers

If you want to count up to a certain value or need for example 6 digit numbers, you can tick this box and enter the desired length in this field. If your starting number is set to 1 and you’ve entered a 6 digit length, 000001 will be your first number.
