Expert, hands-on help with website creation

As a B2B copywriter and content strategist, I needed a professional and easy-to-navigate website. I used a HubSpot website template called Sprocket Rocket PRO. Still, I needed help customizing and recoding many modules and getting around design and formatting limitations inherent in the template. In addition, I needed help creating a HubSpot form and tweaking it to fit my overall design. I contacted Hubex and got in touch with Christian. He helped me set up a HubSpot portal and provided ongoing support as I built my website. I created a list of all the tasks I needed help with, and Christian completed them, one by one. My design requests presented challenges along the way, but Christian always came up with a workaround. Throughout the project, we had several video calls, where he solved tasks in real time and offered ideas for UX and design solutions and improvements I would never have thought of myself. Since I launched my website in January 2025, I have received a lot of praise for how professional and user-friendly it is. What’s more, a couple of potential clients have slid into my LinkedIn DMs, resulting in two intro calls. We have been working with Hubex for over a year to move all our websites into HubSpot CMS Enterprise. The project has been complexed in terms of implementing several sophisticated brand themes with a set-up of 12+ websites. There has been challenges along the road, both with software and processes, but they have always found a workaround to our satisfaction. They are the perfect partner for us, due to their trancparency in pricing, honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to keep a demanding customer like us happy.

We worked with HubEx to develop our website CMS templates. We have a lot of resources to do most of our website project internally, but needed developers with HubSpot CMS expertise. Working with HubEx, we could outsource just the specific tasks where we needed assistance, while keeping the project management in house. This was an important factor for us. We needed the flexibility to adjust the scope as we progressed and learned in the process, and their business model makes this really convenient.
