Katastrof med påtvingad uppgradering - uppdateringen förstörde allt och dödade våra formulär samtidigt som den krävde betalning
När de gjorde uppdateringen bröt den alla mina anslutningar och vi var tvungna att uppgradera medan alla våra formulär var nere.

Implementeringen av formulär är onödigt komplex och alltför restriktiv, vilket innebär att potentiella affärsmöjligheter går förlorade
