Forced upgrade disaster - update broke everything and killed our forms while demanding payment
When they made the update it broke all of my connections and we had to upgrade while all of our forms were down.
Made us more future proof

Forms implementation is unnecessarily complex and overly restrictive, missing out on potential business opportunities
Forms should not be this hard to implement.
It's easy to link the two tools
Using forms for their intended purpose is beyond restrictive.
