Email health on the contact record
A BounceIQ card lives right on the HubSpot contact record, showing the current email status, the reason behind it, and when it was last checked. Your sales rep spots an "Undeliverable" contact and reaches out on LinkedIn instead — saving a wasted email and protecting your sender reputation.

Typo suggestions that save leads
BounceIQ catches common domain misspellings like "gmial.com," "hotnail.com," and "yaho.com" and suggests the correct version inline. A form submission from "sarah@gmial.com" gets flagged, your ops team confirms the fix in seconds, and a lead that would've sat dead in your database becomes reachable.

One-click recheck
Not confident in a result? Hit "Recheck" from the contact record and BounceIQ runs validation again. A rep gets a reply from a contact previously flagged "Indeterminate" after a temporary DNS blip — one click and the status flips to OK, so they can confidently include them in the next campaign.

Dismiss suggestions that don't apply
Sometimes a flagged "typo" is actually correct — a custom domain, an internal address, a legitimate lookalike. One click dismisses the suggestion, and BounceIQ remembers it. When "jane@acmee.co" gets flagged as a typo of "acme.co," you dismiss it once and it never comes back for that domain pair.

Auto-synced HubSpot lists
BounceIQ creates three dynamic HubSpot lists — Typo fix suggested, Undeliverable, and Indeterminate — that update themselves as contacts are checked. Build a workflow that suppresses undeliverable contacts from email and routes them to a rep. Lists stay accurate forever, with zero manual upkeep.

Results written to HubSpot properties
Every check writes back to four HubSpot contact properties: status, reason codes, suggested fix, and last-checked date. A marketing ops manager builds a campaign report that excludes contacts whose "Email check status" isn't OK — all in the native HubSpot UI, with no exports or extra tools.

BounceIQ shares data with HubSpot in two directions. It reads contact email addresses from your portal to run validation checks and writes the results back to the same contacts so your team can see them directly on the CRM record. To organize those results, BounceIQ also reads and writes contact lists (e.g. grouping contacts by validation status) and creates contact properties on your portal to store validation outcomes. All data transfer happens over HubSpot's official OAuth-authenticated APIs, and you can disconnect the integration at any time.
