Very Impressive

It took a bit to setup, and somewhat of a learning curve to review processes and to rethink HubSpot associated workarounds. Support has been great. I've created a PIM out of a CRM, with tickets as the primary Documint trigger, supported by custom objects. I have 100s of properties feeding into the PDF generator, and this use is saving us 100s of graphic design hours copy-pasting content across XLS and InDesign platforms. We're now exploring what other document generation we can achieve with this great tool.

Nice in theory but poor support for custom objects and associations

We make heavy use of Custom Objects, and unfortunately this integration has poor Custom Object support. First, it is impossible to add the Documint widget to custom object views. To use custom object data, you must first launch the integration from a standard object, then find the specific custom object you want in the Documint interface. This would not work at all for our workflow. Additionally, the integration has zero support for custom object associations. As our needs 100% rely on generating documents based on custom object association data, this means that the integration was essentially worthless for our needs. We ended up building our own custom integration using a third-party integration tool and the Hubspot/Documint Public APIs.
