This affordability, combined with the ability to generate professional-grade BI dashboards in moments, makes it an ideal solution for businesses like ours that need robust insights on a budget.

Cleaning My Salesforce-HubSpot Sync with CSVs My sales team relies on Salesforce, while marketing uses HubSpot, but syncing these systems was a nightmare due to messy data and unclear ownership, forcing me to pause the sync to avoid spreading bad records. With leadership demanding clean, owned data before resuming, I turned to WrenAI’s HubSpot app, using its natural language queries to diagnose issues like missing owners or incomplete fields, exporting results to CSVs like Salesforce_Contacts_NoOwner.csv, Salesforce_SyncFailures.csv, and Salesforce_Companies_MissingEmail.csv. By analyzing these files, I identified over 1,200 contacts without owners and hundreds of companies lacking emails, enabling me to update records and resolve ownership conflicts found in Salesforce_HubSpot_OwnerConflicts.csv. WrenAI’s filtering tools helped me create sync-ready lists, exported as CSVs like Salesforce_Contacts_Clean.csv and Master_Sync_List.csv, ensuring only complete, owned records reached HubSpot without duplicates. This process cleaned my Salesforce data, empowered marketing with structured data for accurate campaigns, and restored leadership’s trust in our sync.
