With the Set or Clear Multi-select Properties - you can easily work with dropdown properties. Something that is currently a pain.

With the Away Gate - you can pause workflows when you or other users are away. Are your KPI's messed up because you're assigning tickets in the middle of the night? The Away Gate can prevent that by pausing the workflow until your reps login in the morning.
