Vend works very well for us and makes it easy and efficient to carry out most of our inventory and transaction activities

Vend is our point of sale system in our retail store. It also holds all our inventory information and is used for receiving orders from suppliers. The vend product database is sent to our Woocommerce online store

The ability to sell in a retail environment

Vend and Software do not really integrate, despite this product being called an 'integration'. For example, the product databse in Vend does not get sent to HubSpot, so you would need to do double entry if you wanted to quote in HubSpot and then sell in Vend. You also don't see transaction activity for your contacts in HubSpot because it happens in Vend. You can't even cross over from contact to contact, eg there's no button for 'view this customer in Vend' from HubSpot or vice versa
