If you are responsible for reviewing individual file uploads like resumes, you will LOVE this app.
Let's say you are a recruiter or hiring manager. Hundreds of job applicants have applied for a recent job using a HubSpot form. Instead of individually opening & reviewing each file, this app will allow you to search for certain keywords across all resumes.
Maybe you are hiring for a developer but they have to know Python, or a marketer who's used HubSpot in the past. Like magic, you'll be able to search a new text field and return any resumes with those keywords.

With HubSpot File Properties, you have to manually open up each link to view the file contents. With our custom workflow action, you can easily parse the file into text and more quickly search and filter every file at once.
Parse Recent Attachment
An example use case of this app would be to extract the text from resumes submitted online. You can then create filtered views, lists, or even trigger workflows or reports based on the contents of the files. For instance, searching for job applicants who mentioned Excel in their resume.
