Earlier this summer, we decided to transition from Salesforce to HubSpot, which made a lot of sense for our small sales team of three. However, we quickly realized that we were unprepared for the complexities of migrating our CRM data. After speaking with several migration providers, we chose Concept, and they definitely delivered. The team at Concept had a wealth of experience with CRM migrations, and it only took them about a quarter of the time it would have taken us to set everything up. We simply didn’t know what we were doing in the CRM migration space, and Concept guided us every step of the way. Over the course of three weeks, we worked closely with them, and once we were ready, we went live. After going live, our sales team immediately began using HubSpot, and when we encountered issues or questions, we were able to quickly reach out to our account manager, Hayden Grover. This ongoing support in the weeks following the go-live was invaluable. While the actual data migration is crucial, the continued support afterward is equally important to ensure users can address issues or problems as they arise. Our agreement with Concept lasted about seven weeks, and by the end of it, we felt confident managing HubSpot on our own. We couldn’t have gotten to that point without Concept’s expertise on the front end. They did a tremendous job for us, and we’re incredibly grateful for their assistance.
