NewEdge Growth = Great Partner...great collaboration/support - during implementation and beyond

The NewEdge Growth team has been a key partner in our CRM migration and implementation of HubSpot for our sales team. Led by Chris DiNitto, the NewEdge Growth team has been instrumental in successfully getting our sales team of more than 30 professionals up and running within HubSpot. The plan was well developed and executed, including 45 days of system build/testing, 5 hours of end-user training, and dedicated time for ongoing support. As a true partner, the NewEdge Growth team worked with us to align project objectives and timelines with our business needs. From system configuration, to hands-on training, to ongoing support...Chris and the NewEdge Growth team has been incredibly responsive to our functionality requests and support requests. Very pleased with the process

NewEdge was awesome with our HubSpot implementation. We had been using the free version of HubSpot for 1.5 years before we pulled the trigger on the full version. I would highly recommend using NewEdge for a CRM implementation.

Great experience working with Mark and Blake

My nonprofit contracted with New Edge Growth for a 12-week engagement to onboard us onto HubSpot's marketing and sales professional hubs. We were their first nonprofit client, but they quickly got up to speed with our organization's needs and were able to translate corporate marketing and sales concepts into nonprofit speak. I primarily interfaced with Mark and he was quick to respond to my questions/requests and offered endless ideas for how we could leverage HubSpot.

SaaS startup

As a startup, Kincaid IT had recently pivoted to a SaaS model. We were looking for a partner that could give our go-to-market plan structure and enable us to create a foundation for growth. The NewEdge Growth team delivered that and more. Through their RevOps approach, NewEdge Growth created our entire Lead to Customer Success program, activated it, and supported it in HubSpot. They knew the principles and frameworks to apply as their team built the automation, pipelines, sequencing, dashboards and reporting into our HubSpot instance. The return on the work they did was immediate and actually more than expected.
