1/1 - Sync runs in the background to keep your databases up-to-date
Sync data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Installing this app requires some preparation (under 5 minutes).
- Upload this extension (.app file)
- Go to Web Services
- Click on "+ New"
- Choose "Page" as Object Type
- Choose "21" (which is "Customer Card") as Object ID
- Choose any name for this Page (e.g. "HubSpot")
- Check the "Published" checkbox
- Select the ODATA v4 URL and copy it to the clipboard

Attention: this currently syncs with HubSpot contacts, not with companies.

Sync Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing customers between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Fungerer slet ikke - kontakter opsummeres forkert, og vigtige felter mangler helt.
Det virker ikke for os, eller kun i meget begrænset omfang. Det er kun kortlagt i henhold til mailadresser. Hvis mange kunder bruger standardmailudbydere, der bruger den samme domæneudvidelse, mangler der kontakter, eller de bliver opsummeret. Desuden er der nogle felter, som ikke importeres fra Business Central. Det betyder, at vi ikke kan arbejde med grænsefladen.

Vigtige felter overføres ikke. Oversigt over kontakter via e-mailadresse eller domæneudvidelse fungerer ikke, hvis mange kunder bruger standard e-mailudbydere.
