1/1 - Sync runs in the background to keep your databases up-to-date
Sync data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Installing this app requires some preparation (under 5 minutes).
- Upload this extension (.app file)
- Go to Web Services
- Click on "+ New"
- Choose "Page" as Object Type
- Choose "21" (which is "Customer Card") as Object ID
- Choose any name for this Page (e.g. "HubSpot")
- Check the "Published" checkbox
- Select the ODATA v4 URL and copy it to the clipboard

Attention: this currently syncs with HubSpot contacts, not with companies.

Sync Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing customers between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht - Kontakte werden falsch zusammengefasst und wichtige Felder fehlen komplett
Es funktioniert bei uns nicht bis sehr eingeschränkt. Es wird ausschließlich nach Mail-Adressen gemappt. Wenn viele Kunden Standard Mail Anbieter nutzen, die die selbe Domainendung verwenden, fehlen Kontakte oder werden zusammengefasst. Darüber hinaus werden einige Felder aus Business Central nicht importiert. So können wir nicht mit der Schnittstelle arbeiten.

Wesentliche Felder werden nicht übertragen. Zusammenfassung der Kontakte über eMail Adresse bzw. Domainendung nicht funktional, sofern viele Kunden Standard-Mail-Anbieter nutzen.

Synchronisation der Kontakte ist unvollständig. Es ist reiner Zufall, ob ein Kontakt übertragen wird.
