Automating the Sales to Services Hand-Off

As longtime users of Guidecx, the HubSpot integration allows us to automate the sales to services hand-off, keeping our teams aligned and providing a seamless experience for the customer. The integration allows us to automate tedious tasks like creating projects and entering customer and product details while ensuring our customer success team receives the information needed to launch onboarding projects and begin customer engagement. The integration is built on a robust platform allowing for a very high degree of customization and workflow automation which we have only begun to leverage. I am consistently impressed with the value that Guidecx provides in their services, and their third-party integrations are no exception.
