Went from running CS in spreadsheets to HubSpot
As CRO it's ideal to have my entire commercial team working in our CRM. The integration of ImpactPilot is a breeze. Its ability to function flawlessly right after installation is a huge plus. The tool has significantly improved our understanding of customer interactions, moving beyond mere engagement tracking. It allows us to grasp the real influence we have on our clients. Additionally, it played a key role in revamping our incentive structure.
Our team employs ImpactPilot in HubSpot for managing our customer base. We were managing our customers from spreadsheets and were in doubt if we had to use a CSP. With ImpactPilot we could keep all our commercial people in HubSpot. It's instrumental in pinpointing vital outcomes and assigning a health score to each customer, offering a clear perspective on our customer service efforts.

In managing our client relationships via HubSpot, we've integrated ImpactPilot. This tool clarifies essential outcomes we should aim for and allows us to assign detailed health scores and creating easy to manage account plans.
ImpactPilot's straightforward setup and ease of use are major benefits. The immediate value it offers is remarkable, eliminating the need for other platforms for customer success. The founding team's proactive support and guidance add to its appeal.
Being a newer solution, it lacks some advanced features like sophisticated health scoring. However, the team is receptive to feedback and is actively working to include these features in future updates.
