Völlig fehlerhafter Einrichtungsprozess macht das Programm nach einem ganzen Monat unbrauchbar
Nach einem Monat bin ich immer noch nicht in der Lage, JustCall zu nutzen.

Großartige HubSpot-Integration, aber schlechter Support und verwirrende Benutzeroberfläche machen es schwer zu empfehlen
Nach ein paar Wochen der Nutzung konnte ich immer noch keine SMS testen. Tolle Integrationen mit HubSpot, aber nicht sehr intuitive UI und UX.
Die Integration von Verträgen mit HubSpot ist nahtlos. Die SMS-Vorlage sieht großartig aus (muss noch getestet werden). Die Telefonreaktion des AI-Agenten ist natürlich.
1) Ich konnte keine solide Hilfe und Unterstützung vom Justcall-Team erhalten, um die Genehmigung für 10DLC zu erhalten. 3 Wochen im Prozess bis jetzt und immer noch nicht genehmigt. 2) Die Voicemail- oder Voicecall-Transkripte werden nicht zur Zeitleiste der Notizen von Kontakten in HubSpot hinzugefügt und Sie müssen auf Links klicken und sie finden - nicht einfach zu bedienen. Überhaupt nicht intuitiv. 3) Die Anrufnotizen in den Kontaktnotizen in HubSpot enthalten zu viele Informationen; sie sind schwer zu lesen und lassen sich nicht einfach durchblättern. 4) Die Text- und Anrufzeitleiste für einen einzelnen Vertrag ist nicht einfach zu verfolgen. Wenn ich mir meine Telefontexte für einen Kontakt ansehe, sehe ich, worum es in dem Gespräch ging, ob ich einen Anruf von ihm verpasst habe und welche Sprachnachrichten ich erhalten habe. Ich hatte erwartet, dass Justcall mir eine Zeitleiste anzeigt, wie ich sie in meiner Android-Anruf-App auf meinem Telefon habe. (Siehe Google Voice für ein gutes Beispiel). Im Allgemeinen gibt es viel Integration, aber die Benutzeroberfläche ist nicht intuitiv. Ich schaue mir im Moment andere Call Apps an
