Gestione professionale degli SMS con una solida integrazione con HubSpot, anche se i problemi di sincronizzazione dei numeri di telefono e l'app mobile di base ne impediscono l'eccellenza.
JustCall ci ha permesso di gestire la corrispondenza con i clienti in modo più professionale, facendoci risparmiare tempo e facilitando la creazione di un registro completo in HubSpot. Tendiamo a usare gli SMS più che le telefonate e questo è un grande miglioramento rispetto a quello che facevamo prima. L'app mobile è un po' rudimentale e potrebbe beneficiare di funzionalità migliori.
Registrazione delle discussioni sui messaggi SMS in HubSpot, in modo che siano visibili a tutto il personale in tempo reale. Risposte rapide automatiche (SMS) e gocce di messaggi vocali per risparmiare tempo.
La mancata corrispondenza della formattazione dei numeri di telefono dei clienti tra HubSpot e JustCall ha fatto sì che non tutte le comunicazioni siano registrate in HubSpot. Potrebbe essere utile un abbinamento disordinato/intelligente.

La spinta di HubSpot verso il proprio prodotto ostacola l'esperienza di integrazione
HubSpot rende l'estensione più difficile da usare perché vuole chiaramente che si utilizzi quella di HubSpot. Nulla a che vedere con JustCall, IMO.
Integrazione nel flusso
Devo sempre aggirare HubSpot che vuole che io usi il suo prodotto.
