Professional SMS handling with solid HubSpot integration, though phone number syncing issues and basic mobile app hold it back from excellence
JustCall has enabled us to handle correspondence with customers more professionally, saving us time and making it easier to create a comprehensive record in HubSpot. We tend to use SMS more than phone calls and it's a major improvement on what we were doing before. The mobile app is a bit rudimentary and could benefit from enhanced functionality
Logging of SMS message threads in HubSpot so that they're visible to all staff in real time. Automated quick replies (SMS) and voicemail drops save time
Mismatch in formatting of customer phone numbers between HubSpot and JustCall has meant not all comms threads are logged in HubSpot. Could benefit from messy/smart matching.

HubSpot's Push for Their Own Product Hinders Integration Experience
HubSpot makes the extension harder to use as they clearly want you to use the HubSpot one. Nothing to do with JustCall IMO.
Integration right into flow
Always having to work around HubSpot wanting me to use their own product.
